The restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel  in the future .

Things in the room not working, like air conditioning conditioning in this extreme heat, wall light, not working, blinds falling down, some staff that are not very helpful. The hotel itself looks nice restaurant and bar.

Receptionist （female）unbearably rude for no reason. No service etiquette at all. The male receptionist at the second morning is quite nice. Bournemouth people are quite nice. The only unpleasant experience happens here at the hotel. Won’t rebook for this particular reason.

其實環境衞生和服務都還可以， 但剛開始進去就非常生氣，被安排在二樓最角落，沒電梯，要扛箱子上去，明明定的事親子房進去卻變成大床房，酒店説沒有房間還給我們是我們定房的時候訂房網站的資料給錯了，於是加了一張床給我，房間變的非常擁擠。廁所倒是巨大。桌邊的枱燈也掉下來，看著挺危險。 衹有床是這次旅行睡過最舒服的，不會太軟。

The bed was incredibly comfortable and cleanliness to a very high standard. There was some noise from other guests rooms but that can’t be helped, suggest taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and plan on an early night. Had a terrific stay and would return. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even helped me carry my suitcase up as I had a weak arm.

很喜歡這個房間，窗明幾凈，屋子設施很全面 有浴缸和淋浴，屋外就是海灘，走路幾分鐘很方便，很適閤家庭出遊.
